Melville Group is established since 1987, based in Singapore with extensive knowledge and experience in the property construction business. Over the few decades, the group has taken up various projects and delivered their best as a reliable and reputable local property developer in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Melville Group has earned good reputation in the market as a developer of landed housings, boutique apartments, mixed developments,hospitality resorts and cluster housings in popular choice locations for residential properties. To date, the group has completed and launched at least 20 projects, adding a total of more than 1000 residential apartments and commercial units in Singapore.

With the mindset to make Singapore’s private housings more affordable for many home owners, Melville Group is the leader of “shoe box apartments ” and their first was Mackenzie 138 that was fully sold within a month in 2004. The idea of compact units also lead to the group to introduce mechanical parking system in these developments to make more parking space available for home owners to park their cars even with very limited land area.

Melville has developed numerous highly affordable boutique apartments with good facilities and great value for home owners such as Thomson V1 and V2, Suites 123 and Suites at Owen. Melville then saw the need to expand their projects’ locations to bring about affordability in prime district 9, 11 and 15 with freehold tenure and low quantum with their bigger sites areas. They succeeded in delivering their good work done with Suites @ Amber , Zedge and Newton Edge. The group had good foresight to later venture into unconventional city fringe sites in district 14’s Geylang and Guillemard areas and enjoyed their great success with Sims Edge, Suites @ Sims and Guillemard Edge.

Melville Group has strong presence in Malaysia as well. Having recently launched more than 800 units at Skyville 8 @ Benteng,which is a partnership with the acclaimed developer Sdn Bhd in capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, the Group will also be launching Wisma Infinitum in Prime KL CBD, join venturing with Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd. And under its hospitality division, Lloyd’s Inn is Melville Group’s hotel brand in Singapore and Indonesia
